I've been very...not active online as of late. D= Sorry. Not only am I working half the time, I'm usually with friends in my free time too...I find myself slightly depressed as of late for...personal reasons...but being able to be with friends usually clears my mind and makes me happy...



I've seen these guys so much this summer...far more than I have last summer...It's weird how we're all hanging out so much as of late...but it's nice too...I'm afraid when school starts, we won't see each other as much...especially with half of us going off to college while the other half is still in high school...

Such a weird thought to know that I'm out of high school now. o_o but quite honestly, I think I'm glad to never have to see a lot of faces ever again...>_> but of course, there's a number of faces I miss too...

I'm rather nervous about college...everyone says it's completely different from high school...I don't really know what to expect actually.

I've been wanting to draw a lot more lately...I've been drawing (or rather doodling) a lot...nothing really worth scanning though...I'm really trying to get better at drawing anatomy...I've never realized how much I really can't draw female anatomy from the waist down. XD;; I'll keep trying though...times like these I like to think back at when I first start drawing anime/manga style...I think I've come a ways from then at least...

this new layout is...different. x_x Takes some getting used to...I think I might prefer the previous layout though...

Due to issues, my family won't be taking our yearly vacation to Florida to visit relatives...I'm kinda disappointed, since this is a first in what...16 years? I need a break from work though...ugh...

There's a possibility I may be able to meet Bane :> We'll see soon enough.

Finally got a decent raise at work...enough to save some monies while also paying parents random bills and getting gas for whatever vehicle I'm driving...I was told my car will be going into the shop next week...so hopefully by the time school starts, I'll have my white car with AC again.<3 Air conditioning is a nice thing in the summer...;o;

I work too much...it gets so boring in the afternoon too...As some may have noticed, during those times I like to either 1.) Start texting random people 2.) Get on MSN via Mobile.

I think I bother Bane the most with texts...XD; Sorry I missed your call btw. :<

Niece and Nephew will be here Tuesday. :> I'm excited~ Too bad I have to work crap shift. 10-7. fail.

The Dark Knight comes out soon~ I'm gonna go with for his birthday on the 22nd. (and whoever else is joining) Batman rocks my socks. Batman is LOOVVEE. 8D I bought Gotham Knight last night and watched it with friends...pretty cool it was. aha the dvd came with the first two episodes of Batman Beyond...I watched that later on my own and now I feel nostalgic. ToT I loved that show back when it was on tv...Batman the Animated Series and Batman Beyond. Totally pwnz THE Batman or whatever is on tv nowadays. :<

I dunno what else to say...I'm behind on everything I do online. T_T


btw Elfen Lied is a bittersweet anime made of awesome.

Um...so...hi. Haven't updated the journal in a while. I really need to get a header...better yet, learn some CSS crapz0rz.

Let's see...what's happened since A-kon? Well, I've started full time at my job, which is 40 hours a week...Each day I work is a 9-hour shift (with a one hour lunch) and I only get two days off a week.

So...it sucks.

But money is nice.

I've also enrolled for college...I start on August 18. My Major is going to be Graphic Communications--Multimedia...which is like websites and such...but I'll get to use photoshop and flash and other goodies I've always wanted to mess with so all is well~ I'm actually rather excited.

My sister and her family are moving back to Oklahoma next month. My brother-in-law is quitting the Navy after his next leave (He's leaving soon...won't be back until next year.) But this means Nephew and Niece tiem!1! Also, we'll be going to Florida to visit grandparents for almost 2 weeks. Vacation. Needed. plzkthx. D8

As you might already know from one of my recent deviations, SRPG (Forums, not Furc.) is trying to make a comeback once again...I'm hoping to eventually get new images for the forums and such...I also hope the stuff I learn in college will aid in the future of SRPG...that's still a whole 2 years away though...maybe.

My parents are gone which means my brother and I have the house to ourselves......more like I have the house to myself.

Since my parents took the old computer out of my room, they also took the router, which greatly effected my online Brawl gameplay and made me want to kill myself. :<

...but since parents are gone that means I can move Wii into the living room and it can be fun Brawl tiemz wit Bane YAY

I really wanna Brawl. ;o;

Also, about my dog (one of 'em..) we've neglected to really pay attention to them...and we didn't quite realize they (the pups...not really pups anymore though) were outgrowing their collars...unfortunately, my brother's dog, Rocko, had his neck cut open due to this...He's still alive...but damn, when I saw him, I felt really ill...It wasn't a pretty site...still isn't, even after he went to the vet...they couldn't do surgery cause it was infected...so Rocko's stuck inside for the next few weeks...Poor guy's in pain occasionally too...I've been taking care of him, because my brother is too busy enjoying some random parties that probably involve desperate girls and alcohol.

I can't think of anything else right now...trying to get more colored pictures out soon though...hopefully.


Andrew bought a Fox Digo thingy for Reiko on furc. 8D Now she can be a fox and be all cute and stuff. Even though Reiko's not meant to be cute.....much.



I should get a new job. D8

Well, I've returned from my adventures at A-kon 19...and I must say, I had tons more fun this year than last year.

We arrived rather late Friday...checking into the hotel took some time and we missed pre-reg...so we woke up super early Saturday to get our badges. Last year, I stayed at the Hyatt Regency (a nice hotel btw) This year, we managed to actually stay at the hotel the kon was at. It was much easier and more fun...the only bad thing? Elevators. But I rathered enjoyed the random hallway parties with lamp-shade hats...XD We met lots of nice people and made memorable friends~ </cheesy> I do hope to stay at Sheraton again next year...maybe with even more people. And have more hallway parties.

Anyway, bought lots of stuff. Cause I had money for once. Can't really say much about that now though. 8D;;

[link] Just couldn't live with myself if I continued to not own a copy of the amazing movie known as Howl's Moving Castle. Got the Escaflowne Movie cause it's also good and it was fairly cheap. Also the complete series of Midori Days cause it was also cheap and it's a cute anime. XD; The Light figure was my friend's, but she didn't want it.

[link] The creator of the Last Unicorn, Peter Beagle, was there, so I bought a book and got an autograph. I've never read the book, but the movie sure is wonderful.^^

was cosplaying as Soldier A...I would've been Soldier B but I didn't get my costume together ahead of time...I had a camo hat though so I just put a Soldier B sign on it. xD Then my other friends were Bystander 3 (), Fanboy 1(), and Sex Offender 2 ().

Our Soldier A started to not feel well later that afternoon around Vic's concert time...

Eventually getting autographs by Vic, he noticed my hat and like...jumped up and hugged me. I was super happy. 8D;; He wanted a picture so he took my camera and screamed at it because it was recording a video. XD; Then he gave his kind regards to our fallen Soldier A...

My nephew, Elijah Joseph Alinger, was finally born 3AM of May 21st. He looks nothing like his mom or sister...xD



He's white. I'm sure he may darken some later on, but still...Never expected him to be that white, considering his genes...ah well.<3 Can't wait to meet him. Sadly, that won't be until July. =\

Ya know, the more I'm around/talk to Adam, the more I seem to realize how much I hate how serious about EVERYTHING he is.

I think during his absense while I spent time with my friends, I've learned to be serious when you have to be...but ya know...let loose and have fun sometimes.

I feel I can date again, without him holding me back...but the only thing holding me back now is my own fears. Quite honestly though, I'm not sure what I want right now...

Kay, My parents are offering a ride to A-kon since there's so many of us and not enough room in one vehicle. So far, it seems like only Britt and Elly are riding with me. We will be dropped off at the hotel and then Sunday my parents will come back to get us.

I think the Ruges are leaving Friday around 6PM-6:30PM? My parents, since they're only dropping us off, don't want to leave that late cause that would mean returning home late for them...so more than likely, we may get there a few hours earliar than the Ruges...Only issue with that is we can't get the hotel room without the Ruges so...I guess we'll be walking around the kon with our bags for a bit until they arrive. So...if this does occur, I suggest don't bring a lot of stuff. XD Of course, I'm one to talk...

Am I or Tiggo bringing a Wii for the room?

Also, my parents wish to know what time we are leaving Sunday, so they can come pick me and whoever else up.

So...just got back from graduation...feels kinda weird to know it's over...but also sad cause I may see less and less of my friends...

Overall, it's been a fair night...sadness but also happiness...

Annndd my sister is in labor and is to deliver Elijah tonight. So more than likely I shall have a nephew at long last tomorrow.<3
