I'm personally not much a fan...I see it as a place for desperate people to gather...also where internet predators come to feed as well. I don't think everyone that goes there is desperate (maybe just the ones going there only looking for a relationship to begin with...) A good number of my friends go there as well and I don't mean to offend them by this poll (besides, half of them already are in a relationship.) Alas, everyone knows I'm negative about everything lately. I see DA and instant messengers as my way of online communication with my friends rather myspace anyway..

It's a dumping ground, in my opinion. :[ There are some good things on there, (like my dad has found some good bands through myspace), but all in all I feel like it's just too many people who post weird pictures of themselves to get attention and boost their self-esteem. At least with DA it's about the art. (one would hope)

im in the middle about it. i like so i can keep in touch with all of my friends but i hate cuz i keep getting all these freaking spam invites from slutty girls or porn advertisement sites. gah!! its so freaking anoying! it has taken the fun outta gettin a friend request cuz you know its prolly porn spam!!!! gah!!!

........ew. and it bugs the crap outta me when older men talk to my sister or look at her all weird. makes me wanna punch em in the face but i cant cuz it happens at work. oh well she gives one of those looks like if you look at me again imma kill you kinda look and it scares them so im not TOO worried about it cuz she can take care of herself. she kicked a guy in his dangling unmentionables once cuz he wouldnt leave her alone. hahahaha
